– When it all started back in 1999, Liotta never would've even thought his love and passion for Britney Spears, would make him want to be a singer. He saw the "...Baby, One More Time" video on MTV and was immediately enthralled. – So here we are, almost 13 year later, and Gabriel Liotta's Till The World Ends: The Gabriel Liotta Remix has hit the one million downloads milestone in Europe and the US. Producer Brian Thomas, along with Gina Schock , Tim James & Adam Ander wrap his vocals with fire and ferocity. “Because it is a Spears song I wanted it to be amazing, she has one of my favorite voices ever, so it's very hard to top her awesomeness.” he says. “I think of these covers as a huge learning journey. I wanted to find my sound and see where I wanted to go musically.” Liotta’s blazing rock ‘n’ roll chops may surprise fans, especially on songs like “Don't Keep Me Waiting" with its battalion of drums, tight harmonies and lead guitar work. He shakes off the sentimentality in the sophisticated "Inside Out" . “Every boy, actually, everyone goes through a break-up at some point,” he says, “and they never feel good. I wanted to make sure that “IO” was empowering rather than sad. When I sing this song I don’t feel I am dwelling on pain.” He ends his "The Covers Collection" with a full-circle moment, re-recording “Let Me Sign” by Robert Pattinson. ”I thought it would be a nice thing to re-do the song that inspired to become a singer.
